Mon, 6 October 2008 "The first people to call River Derbane a town settled here over two hundred years ago, but I think someone must have been here before them because of the mighty strange things these settlers reported. Up in Mobile, they have a collection of letters from the early inhabitants, and among other things they mention talking animals, ghostly warriors, and an alligator guarding a treasure.
